When his mentor and Bilad El-Sham movement co-creator Big K was killed, Assasi used the grief to fuel the Bilad El-Sham Movement's first released album, “Clinic of Bilad El-Sham”. This rare album cannot be found on streaming and is not available anywhere else.

The 10 tracks feature Golden Era and Rai sounds, lyrics exploring social issues facing today’s Arab youth, and vocals by Cheb Wahid. “Clinic” was recorded in Damascus, Syria in 2010 and debuted in 2013 to a packed house at Metro Al Madina after Assasi relocated to Beirut, Lebanon.
